2. PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARINGS (Published in the newspaper as required by law)
7:10 PM 2.1 Chapter 13.32, Multi-family Zones - The proposed text changes include amending required lot sizes, building setbacks, lot widths, and other minor development standards in the zone.
2.2 Chapter 13.45, Office Research Park and Development Zone (ORD) - The proposed text changes suggests various amendments to the development standards in the chapter, an expanded list of uses allowed in the zone.
2.3 Chapter 13.06, Zones Established -The proposed text changes add language to the chapter explaining conditional and permitted uses; clarifies that uses not listed in the ordinance are prohibited, and adopts Appendix A, Allowed Uses in the Zones.

7:30 PM 3.1 Bout Time Pub & Grub – 6522 S Big Cottonwood Canyon Rd. - Conditional Use permit for a Dining Club license – C-2 Zone - Planner- Pat Hanson - (Discussion and Possible Decision) This is an application to allow the expansion of the current alcoholic beverage sales license, beer and wine sales, to add liquor sales, for an existing business in the Old Mill Village shopping center.
