Holladay Village Advisory Committee Report

Earlier this year, an appeal was filed contesting the Planning Commission's decision to grant final approval to Cowboy Partners for the redevelopment of Phase I of the Village Center on the corner of Murray-Holladay Road and Holladay Blvd (formerly occupied by Video Verns). The City Council formed a committee of third-party real-estate experts to review the proposal and evaluate the appellants' concerns. The committee, in tandem with Cowboy Partners, has done so and also investigated other possible types of plans for redevelopment.
