NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 16, 2010 as close to 6:00pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposal to rezone property located at 1914 S Meadowmoor Road, Holladay UT, from Multiple Residential (RM) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC). The proposal is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT 84117

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 16 , 2010 as close to 6:15 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay City Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment will add a reception center as a permitted use in the Holladay Village Zone, Section 13.71.040. The proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT 84117.
