Planning Commission Agendas 2010
The Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, September 7 beginning at 7pm. Read on for more information on those hearings and see proposed language.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, September 7th , 2010, as close to 7:00pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearings is to consider:
(1) an amendment to Section 13.62.040-Conditional Uses in the C-2 Zone, to add a "Club Liquor License" to this list, and;
(2) an amendment to Sections 13.56.040-Conditional Uses in the C-1 Zone, to add an "On-premise Beer Retail License" and an "Arcade" as conditional uses in the C-1 Zone and an amendment to Section 13.56.130-Hours of Operation, to extend the current allowed hours of operation from 10:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
