Public Hearings - April 15

 The City Council will hold two public hearings at the April 15 City Council meeting. The first hearing will be to consider a text amendment and the second hearing will be on a budget amendment. These amendments are now available.



The first hearing will be at 6:00pm. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed text amendment that would add “Class D Liquor” to the O-R-D (Office Research and Development) Zone, Conditional Uses, Chapter 13.45.040 of the City of Holladay Ordinance. It would also amend chapter 13.45.050, Hours of Operation for retail uses, to add “10:00 am. to 2 am.” for the Class D Liquor licensees only. 

The second hearing will be at 6:15 or soon thereafter. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider amendments to the 2009-2010 fiscal year budgets.
