NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, as close to 7:00 pm. as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a text amendment to Section 13.45.040, Conditional Uses in the O-R-D Zone.
The proposed amendment will add a Class D liquor license to the list of conditional uses allowed in the zone and extend the hours of operation for retail businesses in the zone from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The proposal is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
