Construction disruption of a neighborhood- noise or congestion.
Construction worker parking
Storage and process of construction materials - location.
Temporary closure of streets by delivery vehicles and or excavation.

Plan for mitigating adverse Circumstances
Owner/developer must submit a calendar/schedule of events to the City for approval.  The plan is to explain how the developer will mitigate any neighborhood disruption or other adverse situation including noise, air pollution, water pollution, street parking and closures, as well as visual distractions.

It is the responsibility of th developer to provide adequate parking for the construction workers and equipment, even if the location is off-site and requires a shuttle to get the workers to the site.

The construction materials and processes may take place on site if the site is large enough otherwise they are to be located as permitted by zoning offsite.

Temporary closure of streets for actual excavation or temporary staging of large delivery vehicles such as concrete transports and drywall haulers must be scheduled 2 days in advance to give the fire department adequate notice.  Also, private lanes must be kept open and not compromised.

Any construction debris dropped on the public right-of-way must be cleaned up daily.

A lane closure permit is required for excavation or other lane obstruction such as parking, or staging area in or near a traffic lane.
