8:00 PM. 2.2 Amendments to Title 13 including;
a. Section 13.04: Adding a definition for "livestock " including "large" and "small" livestock categories;
b. Section 13.14.020 clarifying regulations for horses;
c. Section 13.14.030, allowing small livestock and fowl for family food production as a conditional use in all residential zones;
d. Section 13.14.065: Setback regulations for double frontage lots; and,
e. Section 13.32.080 setback regulations in the RM Zone.
