The Planning Comission will hold two public hearings on Wednesday, February 18 . The first will be at 7:00pm to consider a rezone request. The second hearing will be at 8:00pm to consider minor amendments to Title 13.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone request by Robert Azarvand.
The proposed amendment, if approved, will change zoning on his property at 2496 E 6200 South from R-1-43 (minimum one acre lot size) to R-1-21 (one-half acre minimum lot size)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, as close to 8:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider minor amendments to Title 13 of the City of Holladay Code.
The following are the proposed amendments:
1) Adding a definition for “livestock ", separating "large" from "small" livestock and allowing small livestock and fowl for family food production as a conditional use in all residential zones,
2) A clarification for front setback regulations for double frontage lots, and
3) minor setback changes and the addition of "averaging" language for setback calculations in the R-M zones.
The proposals are available for public inspection on the City’s website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
