1. Welcome, introductions and opening statement –Chair
2. Staff Report on Variance Request – 2705 E Spring Creek Road.
Request for front and side setback variance from the R-1-8 Zone. Applicants request the setback follow those for lots on a private streets as allowed by section 13.14.054 (B) of the Holladay City Code. Also, the applicants are requesting a re-location of the existing street. Applicants, David and Amy McPhail for Ethel Jacobs.
3. Review and approval of Minutes – December 11, 2007
4. Other Board business as needed.
