Planning Commission Agendas 2008
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 4 at 8pm to consider amendments to their Policies and Procedures.
NOTICE OF PUBLICHEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, as close to 8:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of Section 13.05.100, Procedures.
The proposed amendment will remove the requirement that the City Council approve any changes to the Planning Commission's Policies and Procedures, leaving procedural matters to the Commission. The proposal is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
