The Swearing In Ceremony for the new Council will be held on Thursday, January 10 at 6pm. Folllowing the ceremony there will be a City Council Work Meeting at 7:15pm. The agenda for those meetings are now available.

NOTICE OF A WORK MEETING OF THE
CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
THURSDAY, JANUARY 10, 2008
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a work meeting on Thursday, January 10 at 7:15pm or as soon thereafter as possible. The meeting will be held in the Olympus Room at Holladay City Hall – 4580 S 2300 E. NO decisions will be made at this meeting.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Discussion Proposed Smoking Ban Ordinance (may require a public hearing) – 20 mins
3. Discussion on Changes to the Rules & Procedures of the Planning Commission (requires a public hearing) - 15 mins
4. Discussion on Fire Station Agreement – 15 mins
5. Discussion on Special Assessment Area – 15 mins
6. Discussion on Council Committee Appointments – 15 mins
7. Other Business
8. Adjourn
On Monday, January 7, 2008 at 2:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall and on the city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com
