PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor, members of the Holladay Municipal Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint work meeting in the Mt. Olympus Room beginning at 6:30 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to Order – Mayor Webb
2. Presentation by General Growth
3. Discussion on the Cottonwood Mall
a. Discussion on Timeline
b. Clarification of Roles and Process
c. Discussion on Required Items to be Completed (General Plan, re-zone petition, zoning amendments)
4. Update on Village Center
5. Other Business
On Friday, August 3, 2007 at 10:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library and on the city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com
