NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
2006-07 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET AMENDMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 15, 2007 as close to 6:00 p.m. as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers located at 4580 S 2300 E Holladay, UT. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider amendments to the 2006-2007 fiscal year budget. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to provide comment on the proposed amendments. The proposed budget amendments are available for public review in the office of the City Recorder from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Thursday March 1, 2007.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 15, 2007 as close to 6:15 pm as possible in the City Council Chambers located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah 84117. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to solicit public input on the proposed use of CDBG funds for the 2007-08 fiscal year. The City of Holladay will receive approximately $53,000 in funding from Salt Lake County. Program guidelines and eligible projects will be explained during this hearing. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard.
REZONE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 15, 2007 as close to 6:45pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 45890 S 2300 East, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and amendment to the Holladay City Zone Map. The proposed change will rezone the property at 2110 E Murray Holladay Road from R2-10 to RM to facilitate the construction of two twin homes.
