PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers beginning as close to 5:45 pm as possible. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

II. Acceptance of Deed From the City of Holladay for the Video Verns Parcel
III. Consideration of Resolution RDA 07-03 Authorizing the Execution of a Promissory Note in Favor of the City of Holladay for the Purchase of Real Property Located at 4660-4680 South Holladay Boulevard (Video Verns Parcel)
IV. Approval of the Minutes – February 1
V. Adjourn
On February 22, 2007 at 3:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall and on the city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com
