PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers beginning as close to 7:00 pm as possible. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

I. Call to Order – Council Member Diederich
II. Acceptance of Transfer of Approx. 1.6 Acres (Video Verns) from the City of Holladay to the RDA & Authorizing Execution of a Promissory Note in favor of the City of Holladay
III. Consideration of Resolution RDA 07-01 Appointing a Chair & Vice-Chair
IV. Approval of the Minutes – November 2

On January 29, 2007 at 1:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
