The City Manager will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 18 at 4pm pertaining to the vacating of a portion of a roadway located at approximately 6593 South Canyon Cove Drive
NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE CITY MANAGER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th day of January, 2007, at the hour of 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible of said day in the Council Chambers of the City of Holladay, 4580 South 2300 East, Holladay Utah, the City Manager will hold and conduct a Public Hearing on and pertaining to the vacating of a portion of a roadway located at approximately 6593 South Canyon Cove Drive, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, and pertaining to the possible vacation of the property and the declaration of the property as surplus property. The parcel contains approximately 400 square feet.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed vacating and declaration of surplus of the described parcel. The parcel is located at the most southerly end of Canyon Cove Drive. The petition requests that the parcel be vacated so that all possible access from the south be eliminated. Copies of the survey are available for review at City Hall, Attention: Community Development Department. For further information call Alma Haskell, City Planner at 272-9450.
