NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 21, as close to 6:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider amendments to Title 13, the City of Holladay Zoning Ordinance, in response to the Temporary Zoning Regulation, also known as a moratorium, issued by the Holladay City Council on July 10, 2006 and expiring on January 10, 2007. The moratorium specifically outlined serious concerns about buildings out of scale and character for the neighborhood, development density, building height, flag lots, size of overall building coverage on a lot, setbacks, Planned Unit Developments and Dwelling Groups, etc.

The proposed amendments will suggest changes to the city’s laws regarding treatment of the above mentioned concerns listed in the moratorium. The proposed amendments will be available for public inspection by November 14 and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT 84117.

Dated this 7th day of November, 2006
