The following is an update from the City Council meeting held October 19. Also attached are the Ordinances and Resolutions that were adopted.

THE CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2006
Ordinance 06-20 Adding to the Code of Ordinances, Title 13, Chapter 13.98, Entitled Group Homes and Other Facilities
This ordinance passed unanimously with the addition of 1000 ft between facilities
Ordinance 06-23 Adopting a Consolidated Fee Schedule Pursuant to Chapter 2.56 Code of Ordinances, City of Holladay
This ordinance passed by a majority vote. Council Member Diederich was opposed and would like to see a separate fee schedule for non-profit and charity organizations.
Resolution 06-32 Authorizing an Amendment to the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement Between Salt Lake County; City of Holladay and the City of South Salt Lake to Study the Feasibility of Creating a New School District
This Resolution was adopted by a majority vote. Council Member Diederich was opposed and does not see the need to for the increase. The Council feels this is a significant issue that needs to studied thoroughly and done right.
