On September 21 the City Council adopted Ordinance 06-21, 06-22 and Resolution 06-31. These deal with Holladay Village Center and these documents are now available.
CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of September 2006, the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 06-21 and 06-22.
Ordinance 06-21 revises Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code and enacts the Holladay Village (HV) Zone with comprehensive regulations and uses.
Ordinance 06-22 revises the land use map and zoning designations for the area known as the Holladay Village in the vicinity of 2300 E Murray-Holladay Road, Holladay UT.

The complete ordinances are available for public inspection during normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the office of the City Recorder located at 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT or on the city’s website at www.cityofholladay.com.
