PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 7:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

Please note: In order to be considerate of everyone attending the meeting and to more closely follow the published agenda times, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person per item. A spokesperson who has been asked by a group to summarize their concerns will be allowed five minutes to speak. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting. All comments shall be directed to the Council.
IV. Consideration of Ordinance 06-21 Amending Various Portions of Title 13 (Zoning Ordinance)Including but not Limited to Zoning and Development Standards, Review Procedures, Definitions, Sign Regulations and Procedures Relating to the Holladay Village
V. Consideration of Ordinance 06-22 Amending the Zoning Map to Implement the New Holladay Village (HV) Zone and Rescinding All Other Underlying Zoning Designations Within that Zone
VI. Consideration of Resolution 06-31 Amending the Holladay Village Center Master Plan to Add the Holladay Village Conceptual Block Plan, Conceptual Street Configuration and Cross Sections Plan(within the general vicinity of Holladay Blvd, Murray Holladay Road and 2300 East, Exhibit Maps and Associated Text to the Existing Master Plan

On Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at 1:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
