PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a work meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order
2. Discussion and Update on Holladay Village Center
A. Changes to the Holladay Village Center Master Plan
a. Conceptual Roadway Plan
b. Conceptual Site Plan
c. Text Changes
B. Zone Map
C. Changes to Title 13 to Implement the HV Zone
3. Discussion on Proposed Group Home Ordinance
4. Discussion on Proposed Affordable Housing Ordinance
5. Adjourn
On Monday, August 28, 2006 at 10:30am am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
