PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers beginning as close to 5:30 pm as possible. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

II. Consideration of Resolution RDA06-08 Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of up to $6,000,000 Tax Increment Bonds; Fixing Certain Maximum Terms for the Bonds; Expressing Official Intent Regarding Certain Expenditures to be Reimbursed From Proceeds of Bonds; and Providing for Related Matters.
III. Approval of the Minutes – June 15

On Friday, July 28, 2006 at 9:30am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
