The City Council will hold two public hearings on August 3 beginning at 6pm.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 3, 2006 as close to 6:00 pm as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the City of Holladay General Plan.
The proposed amendment is to adopt the Affordable Housing Master Plan, a mandatory element of the City's General Plan.
A second public hearing will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2006 as close to 6:30 pm as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone request from Land Direct for the property at 4796 and 4812 South Bonair Street.
The proposed amendment will amend the current zoning from R1-21 to R1-10 to create four lots.
The proposals are available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd. Holladay, UT 84117.
