CITY OF HOLLADAY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 18th, 2006 for the following items as close as possible to the following times:

6:00 pm. to amend Title 13, adding regulations for group homes and other facilities;

6:45 pm, to amend the City of Holladay General Plan to add the Knudsen Park Master Plan; and

7:30 pm, to Amend Title 13 to modify development standards and procedures relating to the Holladay Village Center, including but not limited to, Chapter 13.02 (General Provisions and Administration), Chapter13.04 (Definitions), Chapter 13.70 (Holladay Village Center Overlay Zone), and Chapter 13.71 (Holladay Village Center); to enact Chapter 13.05A (Design Review Board); and to amend the City of Holladay Zoning Map to implement the foregoing modifications.

Meetings are held in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT. The three proposals are available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT, 84117.
