PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor, members of the Holladay Municipal Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint work meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 5:00 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Discussion on the Holladay Village Center
a. Presentation by Dan Lofgren
b. Discussion with Neil Lindberg on Proposed Tools to Process Future Development
c. Timeline and Strategy – Paul Allred
3. Other Business
4. Adjourn to Work Meeting to Discuss the Following:
a. Consider Draft Ordinance Regarding Noticing Policy
b. Discussion on City Contracts
c. Discussion on Proposed Existing Non-Owner Occupied Residential Housing
d. Discussion on Tentative 2006-07 Budgets (RDA, etc)
e. Consider a Draft Ordinance for Monster Homes
f. Discussion on Planned Unit Developments
g. Discussion on R-1-91 Zone
h. Discussion on Group Homes
On Monday, June 5, 2006 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
