PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

IV. 6:00pm Public Hearing on the Tentative 2006-07 Fiscal Year Budgets
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input on the Tentative Budgets for the General Fund, Capital Fund, Debt Retirement and Redevelopment Agency for the 2006-07 fiscal year including salaries for Statutory and Elective Officers and other positions within the City.
V. 6:15pm Public Hearing on Proposed Budget Amendments to the 2005-06 Budget
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider amendments to the 2005-2006 fiscal year budgets
VI. 6:30pm Public Hearing on Proposed Zone Change from R1-21 to R2-10 for Property Located at 5310 S Highland Dr (aka Purks)
The proposed amendment will change the zone from R1-21 to R-2-10 to allow the development of a 10 unit residential planned unit development on 1.5 acres.
VII. Consideration of Ordinance 06-12 Amending the Zoning Map of the City of Holladay Regarding the Properties Located at 5241 S Highland Dr From R-1-21 to R-1-15 (aka Meadows)
VIII. Consideration of Ordinance 06-10 Enacting a New Chapter Pertaining to Existing Non-Owner Occupied Residential Housing to be Known as Chapter 15.32
IX. Consideration of Resolution 06-18 Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Agreement with Cottonwood Heights for an Easement for the Placement of a Gateway Sign
X. Consideration of Resolution 06-19 Authorizing the Mayor Execute an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Salt Lake County, City of Holladay and South Salt Lake for the Contract of a Feasibility Study for Schools

On Friday, May 26, 2006 at 11:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
