The Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on April 18.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday April 18th, 2006 as close to 6:00pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 S Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone application from David Meadows for the property at 5241 South Highland Drive.

The proposed amendment will change the zone from R1-21 to R1-15.

The proposal is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application from GMP Development for the property at 5310 S Highland Drive.

The proposed amendment will Change the zone from R1-21 to R2-10 to allow the development of a 10 unit residential planned unit development on 1.5 acres.

The proposal is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117.
