8:00 am - Meet at City Hall to field trip sites
1. NEW BUSINESS
1.1 Ken Huxtable is requesting to increase the maximum building
height from 35' to 42' to allow a single family dwelling on property
located at 5072 S Clarenden Place in the R-1-10 zone.
1.2 Layne Jones is requesting a five foot variance in the natural
grade to allow a single family dwelling on property located at 4910
S Stone Pine Lane in the R-1-10 zone.
1.3 Jim Fuoco is requesting to reduce the front yard setback from
30' to 25' to allow a single family dwelling to be built on the
property located at 5033 S Casto Lane in the R-1-10 zone.
2. OTHER BUSINESS
2.1 Approval of minutes for the December 5 Board of Adjustment meeting
2.2 Election of Officers for 2002
3. ADJOURN
PLEASE NOTE: in order to be considerate of everyone attending
the meeting, public comments will be limited to 2 minutes per person
per item. A spokesperson who has been asked by a group to summarize
their concerns will be allowed 5 minutes to speak. Comments which
cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing
to the city staff prior to noon the day before the meeting.
