(This resolution authorizes the City's entry into the traffic consulting agreement with Korve Engineering)

(This resolution constitutes the Council's approval of the Mayor's Statutory Board as required by state statue and city ordinance)
c. Consideration of Resolution 02-05 Consenting to Appointments to and Confirming the Current Memebershipof the Economic Development Committee
(This resolution appointes John Homer and Paul Wright to the Economic Development Committee)
d. Consideration of Ordinance 02-03 Establishing a Schedule for the Calendar Year 2002 for Regular Meetings of the Holladay City Council
(This Ordinance adopts a regular meeting schedule for the City Council for 2002 as required by state statute. Note: there will be No Council meeting on Feb. 7th due to lack of quorum.)
