The City Council will hold two public hearings at their October 20 meeting. One will be consideration of a text change to the ordinance with regards to Family Day Care and the other will be on budget amendments.

Proposed Text Change - Family Group Day Care & Family Day Care
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 20, as close to 6:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed text change to the Holladay Code of Ordinances (Chapter 13).
The proposed text change will amend the definitions for Family Group Day Care and Family Day Care The proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117.
2006-06 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET AMENDMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 20, 2005 as close to 6:15 p.m. as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers located at 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider amendments to the 2005-2006 fiscal year budget.
All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to provide comment on the proposed amendments. The proposed budget amendments are available for public review in the office of the City Recorder from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Monday, October 10, 2005.
