OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public
hearing on the December 5, 2002 at 6:00 P.M. in the Holladay
City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay,
Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a text change to
the Holladay City Zoning Ordinance (Title 13).
The
proposed text change will require all structures, including prefabricated
storage containers, be constructed on a permanent foundation except
if the structure is intended as a temporary use, be approved as
a conditional use by the Planning Commission for a limited designated
time period.
The
proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be
examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices,
4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah, 84117.

ZONE CHANGE
NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public
hearing on December 5, 2002 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers
located at 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT 84117. The purpose
of the public hearing is to consider a zone change for a 6-acre
parcel of real property for Margie Aliprandi at 6327 So. Crest Mount
Cir. from FR-2.5 (Forestry & Recreation) to FR-1.
