PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a work meeting in the Conference Room beginning at 5:00 p.m. NO decisions will be taken at this meeting.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order
2. Discussion on Holladay Village Center Zoning and Other Related Issues
3. Discussion on Encroachment Policy
4. Discussion on Fencing Permit Policy
5. Discussion on Trails
6. Discussion on Bus Bench Policy
7. Update on Election Issues
8. Discussion on Planning Commission Appointments
9. Update on New City Hall
10. Adjourn
On Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
