SUMMARY OF THE HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL MEETING

JUNE 9, 2005

 Consideration of Ordinance 05-14 Determining the Rate of Tax and Levying Taxes Upon All Real and Personal Property Within the City of Holladay for Fiscal Year 2005-06
This items was continued to the June 16  meeting in order to get the Certified Tax Rate from the County.

VII. Consideration of Ordinance 05-15 Adopting the Final Budgets for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2005 and Ending June 30, 2006;

The budget was adopted by a unanimous vote.

Public Hearing on Proposed Trail Design for Holladay Blvd and 2300 E
There were a number of public comments.  Many were concerned with safety, the speed along Holladay Blvd., and the design.  From the comments there were a number of good ideas for the Council to consider and look at. 

Consideration of Resolution 05-22 Adopting the Trail Design for Holladay Blvd and 2300 E
This item was continued until the Council had the opportunity to review the comments, ideas and alternate concepts. PLEASE watch the web page for when this item will be back on the agenda and conceptual designs.

Public Hearing on Proposed Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance with Regard to Regulations for the Establishment of Residential Facilities for Persons with Disabilities
