PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers beginning as close to 7:00pm as possible. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

IV. Consideration of Resolution RDA 05-06 Adopting Relocation Rules (Guidelines) and Relocation Assistance Plan for Redevelopment Project Areas Adopted by the Agency
V. Consideration of Resolution RDA 05-07 Adopting Participation Guidelines for Participation and Preferences of Owners and Tenants for Redevelopment Project Areas Adopted by the Agency
VI. Review of Timetable For Holladay Village Center RDA and Set Public Hearing Date for Blight Hearing

On Monday, May 16, 2005 at 10:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
