PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Manager will hold a Business License hearing in the Council Chambers beginning at 10:00 a.m.
AGENDA

II. Presentations – 30 minute limit per presentation
a. Jerry Jeffries – Futures Through Choices
b. Aaron Murdock – Representing Concerned Citizens for Safety in Holladay, LLC
10 MINUTE BREAK

On Monday, November 1, 2004 at 10:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Holladay will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 272-9450 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
