Update on Proposed Group Home  

On November 4 at 10:00am in the Council Chambers there will be an evidentiary hearing to aid in making the decision whether or not a business license should be issued to Future through Choices to operate a group home at 2180 Sunnybrook.   All written documentation must be submitted to the City Recorder prior to October 27.    Presentations will be made by Jerry Jeffries, and a representative from Concerned Citizens for Safer Holladay.  The public is invited to attend but only representatives from the above groups will be allowed to participate in the hearing.  There will be NO public comment.   If you have any further questions, please contact Randy Fitts at 272-9450.
