NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 22, 2004 as close to 6:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the City of Holladay Zoning Map.

The proposed text change will amend the zone designation of property at 4974 South Holladay Boulevard from R-1-43 to R-1-10. 


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 22, as close to 6pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to Holladay City’s General Plan and Zoning Map.

The proposed amendment will change the general plan designation of the property at 4855 S Arbor Lane from Open Space to Low Density Residential and the zoning designation from R-1-21 to R-1-10

The proposals are available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah, 84117.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 22, 2004 as close to 7:00 pm as possible in the City Council Chambers located at 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah 84117. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to solicit public input on the proposed use of CDBG funds for the 2004-05 fiscal year. The City of Holladay will receive approximately $45,000 in funding from Salt Lake County. Program guidelines and eligible projects will be explained during this hearing. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Questions should be directed to Randy Fitts at 272-9450.
