NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 17th as close to 7:30 pm as possible in the City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the City of Holladay Zone Map.The proposed amendment will amend the zoning designation for properties in the vicinity of Arbor Lane, Bonair Street and Viewmont Street from R-1-21 to R-1-10.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 17th as close to 7:30 pm as possible in the City Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the General Plan and Zoning Map. The proposed amendment will amend the General Plan designation from Country Estates to Low Density Residential and amend the Zoning Map from R-1-43 to R-1-10 for the property at 4974 South Holladay Boulevard.
The proposals are available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4707 S Holladay Blvd.
