NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF OLYMPUS HEIGHTS
Notice
is hereby given that the Holladay City Council will hold a Public
Hearing on Thursday, April 4, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. in the Holladay
City Council Chambers located at 4707 South Holladay Boulevard,
Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider
an Annexation Petition submitted by Olympus Heights into the City
of Holladay. The area proposed to be annexed lies between 2300 East
to 2700 East and between Lincoln Lane (4115 South) and 4500 South.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City
of Holladay will make reasonable accommodations to participate in
the hearing. Request for assistance can be made by calling 272-9450
at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended.
