CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY AUGUST 26, 2003

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and members of the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a special council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 5:00 p.m. Decisions and votes will be taken at this meeting. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order
2. Discussion on Reverence Policy
3. Discussion of Holladay Village Center Master Plan
4. Discussion on Fire Station, Police Station & City Hall Location
5. Discussion on Fire Protection
6. Resolution 03- Removing Funding From the Holladay Newsletter Budget for FY 2003-04
7. Resolution 03 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2003-2004 Budget
8. Resolution 03- Referendum Concerning Acquisition of Spafford Property to be Placed on the November Ballot
9. Adjourn to Closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 52-4-5 Utah Code to discuss potential acquisition of real property and improvements.
10. Adjourn.
On Friday, August 22, 2003 at 9:00am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed to the Salt Lake County Council pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
