The City Council will hold a public hearing on May 17th, 2012, at 6:00 p.m pertaining to the declaring as surplus approximately 4,000 square feet of property located at approximately 3501 Berghalde Lane.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Council will hold and conduct a public hearing on May 17th, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Council Chambers - 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT pertaining to the declaring as surplus approximately 4,000 square feet of property located at approximately 3501 Berghalde Lane, Holladay, UT.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed declaration of surplus and conveyance for fair market value the described parcel. The parcel is 18’ wide by 200’ in length. It is not buildable lot. And if declared surplus, it is intended to be sold and conveyed to the adjacent landowner.
