NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public
hearing on January 9, 2003 at 6:00 P.M. in the Holladay City
Council Chambers, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a text change to the Holladay
City Zoning Ordinance (Title 13).
The
proposed text change will allow temporary "garage" sales
in residential zones up to three times each calendar year.
The
proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be
examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices,
4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah, 84117.

of the hearing is to consider a text change to the Holladay City
Zoning Ordinance (Title 13).
The
proposed text change will allow parking of recreational vehicles
in the side and rear yards in all residential zones if they are
licensed and operable, on a hard surface and the storage is limited
to one side yard only.
