NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2002-03 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET AMENDMENT
Notice
is hereby given that the Holladay City Council will hold a Public
Hearing on Thursday, January 23, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. in the Holladay
City Council Chambers located at 4707 South Holladay Boulevard,
Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider
an amendment to the 2002-03 fiscal year budget. All interested persons
shall be given the opportunity to provide comment on the proposed
amendment. The budget amendment is available for public review in
the office of the City Recorder from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act, the City of Holladay will make reasonable accommodations to
participate in the hearing. Request for assistance can be made by
calling 272-9450 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to
be attended.
