5:00 p.m. Council Dinner – Council members will be eating dinner, which they pay for personally. No city business will be discussed.
5:30 p.m. Briefing Session – The Council will review and discuss the agenda items; NO decisions will be made.
6:00 p.m. RDA Meeting - see separate agenda
6:15 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible) City Council Meeting
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:15 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

Public Comments - the public is invited to address the City Council on any subject for three minutes, five minutes for a group spokesperson, additional time allotted at the discretion of the chairperson. Comments which cannot be made within these time limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting so they can be copied and distributed to the Council

VI. Consideration of Resolution 2011-43 Authorizing the Mayor to Enter into a Settlement Agreement with Holladay Village Associates I & II, LLC, DRJ Holladay Properties, LLC and K.O.M Enterprises Inc Regarding Real Estate Purchase Contract dated May 29, 2007
( the Council will consider authorizing a settlement agreement with Cowboy Partners and associated parties for the release of claims regarding the approved three-story mixed-use residential project on the NW corner of Holladay Boulevard and Murray-Holladay Road)

Consideration of Resolution 2011-44 Authorizing the Mayor to Sign a Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims Between Shefflin Old Mill, LLC and Old Mill Meier, LLC and Sequoia Development, Inc and Canyon Slope Development, LLC Regarding a Development Located at Approx. 6300 S and 3000 E (the Council will consider a settlement agreement to resolve two law suits pending regarding the approved hotel project on the SE corner of 3000 East and 6200 South)

On Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 10:00 am a copy of the foregoing revised notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
