The Planning Commission will hold an informal social gathering with the Design Review Board beginning at 6pm on Tuesday, Dec. 6
They will hold a meeting that same day at 7pm. The agenda is now available.

6:00 PM An informal social gathering will be held to allow members of the Planning Commission and Staff to meet and get acquainted with the several new members of the Design Review Board.

7:05 PM 1. Breiggar Properties Rezone - 5025 S Highland Dr. – Rezone R-M and R-1-10
to NC zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Steve Breitling, has request
to rezone his 1.21 acre property from Residential Multi-Family (R-M) and Residential Single Family, 10,000 sq. ft. lots (R-1-10) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) in order to conduct a permitted nursery business at this site. (Discussion and Possible Recommendation to the City Council)
7:30 PM 2. Bowen Stream Exception - 2408 E Haven Lane - Planner: Jonathon Teerlink –
An exception from the 100 ft. stream setback has been requested by Mr. Gordon
Bowen. This may be permissible as per Title 13.76.400.A with the City
Engineer's Recommendation – (Discussion and Possible Decision)
3. Adoption of 2012 Planning Commission Meeting Schedule (This is a
“decision Item, ” however, no public notice is required.)
