The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 6 at 7pm regarding a proposed rezone. at 5025 S Highland Dr.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone request for Breiggar Properties, LLC.
The proposed amendment, if approved, will change zoning on property at 5025 S Highland Dr. from R-M (Residential - Multifamily) to NC (Neighborhood Commercial).
The proposal is available for public inspection on the City’s website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT, 84117.
