ACTION ITEMS (The following matters will be heard at a Public Hearing and may be voted on. – Notice has been mailed to neighboring property owners as required by law.)

7:10 PM 1. Foxwood of Holladay Planned Unit Development (PUD) - Ivory Homes – 4829 S 1300 East – Conditional Use Permit – Planners: Paul Allred & Rick Whiting – Ivory Homes proposes to build a 19 lot single family detached home Planned Unit Development (PUD) on this 3 acre site.

7:40 PM 2. Taylor Plat Amendment – Ryan & Jessica Taylor – 1931 E 5685 South – Conceptual Plan & Preliminary Plat – Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – The applicants have requested to combine two lots into one in the International Gardens #2 subdivision in order to construct one single family residence.

8:00 PM 3. Papaderos Subdivision – 2525 E Valley View – Conceptual Plan and Preliminary Plat – Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – The applicant, Mrs. Eugenia Papaderos, requests a two lot subdivision for her .59 acre property. No new structures will be built.

4. General Plan Amendment - Highland Drive Corridor – Planners: Paul Allred, Rick Whiting – Discuss any suggested revisions to the proposed amendment in preparation for a Public Hearing scheduled at the Planning Commission on October 18, 2011.
