The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 20 at 7pm to consider an amendment to the City Code regarding Wireless Telecommunications Facililities.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider amendments to Section 13.83, Wireless Telecommunications Facilities, of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment would allow wireless telecommunication facilities in the Public or “P” zone as a conditional use and also amend other related provisions to these facilities such as location, height, etc.
The proposal is available for public inspection by clicking here or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
