OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public
hearing on February 20, 2003 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers
located at 4707 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay UT 84117. The purpose
of the hearing is to consider a text change to the Holladay City
Zoning Ordinance (Title 13).
The
proposed text change will allow parking of recreational vehicles
in the side and rear yards in all residential zones if they are
licensed and operable, on a hard surface and the storage is limited
to one side yard only.
The
proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be
examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices,
4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah, 84117.

NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20th day of February, 2003, at the
hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of the City
of Holladay, 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah, the
City of Holladay Municipal Council will hold and conduct a Public
Hearing on and pertaining to the declaring of property located at
approximately 5400 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah, as
surplus. Said property is described as follows:
A
parcel of land being all of 5400 South located in the Southwest
Quarter of Section 11 and in the Northwest Quarter of Section 14,
Township 2 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing
at the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 2 South, Range
1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian and running East 214.08 feet
to the Point of Beginning, and running thence East 41.97 feet; thence
North 07°57'27" West 8.58 feet; thence East 175.50 feet to the westerly
boundary line of Holladay Boulevard; thence South 27°34'25" East
40.05 feet along said street; thence South 89°32'15" West 247.75
feet, more or less, to the easterly boundary line of Hillsden Drive
and a point on a 220.64 foot radius curve to the left; thence northeasterly
31.78 feet along said street and the arc of said curve through a
central angle of 08°15'07" (chord bears North 24°01'21" East 31.75
feet) to the point of beginning.
Contains
8,052 square feet or 0.185 acres, more or less.
The
purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment concerning
the declaring of this property as surplus and the use and need by
the City of Holladay of this parcel.
